Indian Bean Tree. Spreading tree with large broad leaves blackish purple when young, maturing green. Flowers are white, marked yellow and purple on upright panicles followed by slender seed pods. Max Height 15m. Max Spread 15m. Flowers July to August. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
