Teasel. The native teasel, prickly basal leaves followed by prickly stems of cone-shaped purple or white flowers in the second year. Can be dried. Max Height 1m to 2m. Max Spread 30cm to 80cm. Flowers July to August. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Water thoroughly before planting.
