Bog Laurel. A deciduous shrub with smooth textured foliage. Pink and red flowers appear in Mid spring in loose clusters at branch tips; showy, long stalked, rose-pink, saucer-shaped. Max Height 45cm to 60cm. Max Spread 45cm to 60cm. Flowers May to June. Fruits July to August. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Harmful if eaten. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
