Hawthorn. A rounded tree with large thorns and glossy deep green leaves, turning orange and red in autumn. Clusters of white flowers, followed by bright red fruit. Max Height 8m. Max Spread 10m. Flowers April to June. Fruits July. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
