A pretty iris with narrow grey-green leaves and stems of fragrant, very dark violet flowers with gold streaks on the falls. Max Height 45cm. Max Spread 10cm. Flowers June to July. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Harmful if eaten. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
