Red-berried Elder. A bushy shrub with very finely cut dark green leaves. Small creamy yellow flowers in spring, followed by glossy red fruit. Max Height 1m. Max Spread 2m. Flowers April to May. Fruits July. Full sun/partial shade. Hardy. Harmful if eaten. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
